Communication is essential. Our cloud based construction software allows easy access to budgets, timelines, daily activities and site photos from anywhere in the world — no need to search through past emails. With Builder Trend the client is able to view all aspects of construction through one user friendly app.
TRANSPARENCY
We pride ourselves on our level of transparency. We will provide three quotes for all major components of the project, from a pool of recommended trades. We discuss each quote and collectively make decisions. We’re confident that our long-standing relationships with our trades and suppliers will provide great value to our client's.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communication is a key element on all of our projects. Early on we set the pace by establishing schedules and timelines to help navigate our client’s through the selection process. We update budgets and schedules and continually keep our client’s informed of every detail. We negotiate on our client’s behalf to create value. We are dedicated to each and every project and the results speak for themselves.
