With a fresh new floor plan, from an engaged client/designer, the Greywood team quickly coordinated plans and sought out approvals from the condo board. Construction commenced seamlessly through the cooperation of trades, deliveries and parking grants, all crucial elements of daily management within a condo site. The Greywood team was consistently mindful and respectful of existing residence, and the condos rules and regulations. In the end, our clients were delighted with their modern condo overlooking Lake Ontario.
