During this first phase we meet to understand your vision and form a valuable partnership. This initial meet up allows for us to discuss key goals and objectives, which in turn facilitates the development of preliminary building schedules and budgets.

PLANS & PERMITS

Together, we share in the planning to make your goals and dreams possible. We bring years of experience to the planning and permitting process.  Preparing early and diligently is the best way to meet the clients’ key goals and objectives. Working together while plans are being developed allows us to assemble a cohesive project team that ensures design is always in line with clients’ budgets, and timelines

COMPLETION

Upon completion of every project, it is our responsibility to help clients ease back into their homes. A professional cleaning is done, and clients receive all manuals and instructions to help familiarize them with the new features and controls in their home. The project team remains available during this phase to help navigate any questions the client may have.
